How do I know that my data is safe?
It is entirely understandable that data security is a concern. Life Angel Ltd is ICO registered and confidentiality is paramount to our business. Coming from a background in financial services, we understand the importance of adhering to Data Protection regulations and so, rest assured that your data is in safe hands. How can I use surplus hours from my package?
If you do not use all of your allocated hours in the current month, no problem! Simply roll them over to the next month and we can work out the best use of the time.
What if I need more hours one month?
Again, no problem! Let us know how many additional hours you would like to purchase and we will bill you based on our standard hourly rate.
Will I be tied into a contract?
As part of signing up to our packages, we will create a bespoke plan for you with the intention of maintaining a working relationship for 12 months. This is simply to maximise your experience, however if you no longer require our services, please let us know and we will cancel your subscription after 30 days from the date of notification. Cancellations must be sent in writing to Lisa@lifeangelltd.co.uk
Which payment methods do you accept?
We will issue your bill for the previous month at the start of each month and payment is due 30 days from the date of issue. You are able to pay us by bank transfer to the details provided on your bill. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash payments.
How do I notify you that I am not satisfied with the service I am receiving?
In the very unlikely event that you are not happy with the service you are receiving, please contact Lisa@lifeangelltd.co.uk and we will investigate your concerns.
When and how will I receive my referral gift voucher?
You can expect to receive your referral gift voucher via post or e-mail, whichever is preferable. This will be sent to you within 5 working days from the date that the requested payment is received for the work you have referred.
